    Product: The products must be unique and most important for the MLM model, they must be consumable! There is a demand for the products? What is the consumable frequency?

    Compensation Plan: The compensation Plan has to got to be fair that reward’s people at all levels and sustainable.

    Leadership: Leadership is crucial, is the heart of the company. 

                                    Those 5 pillars have to coexist!
